“Charlotte” is and remains ‘Charlotte’, a classic with history. This Wolkenstricker cardigan has been around since the 1980s. Back then, it was still made from natural local sheep’s wool. From time to time, we receive letters from proud owners who have inherited this jacket in the 2nd or even 3rd generation.
The knitting pattern with the three-dimensional leaf tendrils and filigree plait structures has a long tradition, while the folkloristic stylized rose embroideries are composed by master artisans.
All in all, simply timelessly beautiful!
For a perfect and figure-optimized fit, the knitted structures are cleverly used or, as here, excluded at the sides, along the sleeve seam and under the embroidery.
